NotOnRecord is architected for maximum privacy:
• No sender identity storage — identity hashed (HMAC), expires 30min
• No sender IP logging — anonymous submission paths are excluded from access logs
• Multi-provider architecture — Email, Voice, and AI calls via separate providers, identity never joined
• Timing obfuscation — voice calls are placed after a randomized delay, breaking timestamp correlation between the payment and the call
• Content moderation — every message is screened before delivery
• Short retention — in-flight deliveries are held encrypted only until delivered; call recordings/transcripts (a paid add-on) are kept 7 days, then erased
